Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy IoT devices, gateways, and sensors.
• Integrate building systems including BMS, HVAC, lighting, energy, and fire & life safety.
• Develop and maintain secure IoT connectivity using MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA, and REST APIs.
• Monitor device performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize system reliability.
• Collaborate with software, cloud, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end smart building solutions.
• Support commissioning, testing, and documentation of IoT deployments.
• Ensure cybersecurity, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Stay current with emerging IoT technologies and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IoT, Smart Buildings, or Industrial Automation.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols, networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and edge computing.
• Experience with building automation systems and industrial communication protocols is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
